The back up service from Telkom Mobile is shocking, I suggest that if you are using a current service provider in Africa don't ever change networks, even if the deal looks awesome.

I made a huge mistake by changing my previous service provider of 10 years, just at the spur of the moment, I regret that decision so much now.

I took out 3 contracts from Telkom mobile, after 6 months I had a problems with my Z 10 Blackberry (software) I gave the phone in for repairs on the 11/11/2013 (last month) with a 7 day policy as explained to me on the phone with a customer care consultant.

after much persuasion's I finally got to speak to a team leader of which further promises were made, nothing came of that, I to speak to a manger, I was denied that right. 5 weeks into the problem I called the manager, still nothing happened, I was told that my phone was lost in the system I called and emailed 4 different customer care consultants of whom each one of them giving me all different polices, they even confirmed to me in black and white I have all the emails saved. which lead me believe that they are not trained properly.
