INCORRECT BILLING -SORT IT OUT`!!!

ADDING TO MY PREVIOUS COMPLIANT - WHICH TOOK VODACOM 10 DAYS TO DO MY PORTING I NOW HAVE TWO LINES (SUPPOSED BOTH MY NUMBERS) AND ONE PHONE I AM PAYING FOR. THEY KEEP SENDING ME ALL THE SMS'S IN THE WORLD EXPLAINING THAT THEY LOOKING INTO IT BUT ALAS STILL CHARGING ME FOR TWO NUMBERS OF WHICH ONLY ONE IS ACTIVE AND WORKING. FROM THE 1/12/2013 I HAVE PAID OVER R2100 IN FEES. R1300 FOR A PHONE NUMBER I DON'T EVEN OWN AND R805 FOR THE PHONE LINE I AM USING NOW 0797781615. GETTING HOLD OF A PERSON WITH HALF A BRAIN TO FIGURE THIS OUT IS HOPELESS AS THEY KEEP TELLING ME I MUST PAY FOR WHAT I AM USING. TRYING TO GET THEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT I DON'T HAVE TWO MOBILES CONTRACTS BUT ONLY ONE IS A BIT MUCH FOR THE DAFT CALL CENTRE PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND. HOW MANY TIME'S ARE THEY GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR IT, HEAVEN ONLY KNOWS. GETTING THEM TO REFUND ME IS A NIGHTMARE AS THEY ALL TELLING ME IT WILL TAKE 21 -35 DAYS - BUT HEY LETS TAKE SOME MORE OFF MY ACCOUNT WHILE WE AT IT. STAY WITH YOUR CURRENT SUPPLIER AS VODACOM HAS NO IDEA HOW TO RESOLVE ISSUES THEIR HALF WITTED STAFF GET YOU INTO. WATCH VODACOM'S REPLY TO THIS - ANOTHER REFERENCE NUMBER AND ANOTHER 21- 35 DAYS WAIT. PATHETIC!!
