My ADSL line was knocked out by lightning on 5th December 2013- It is impossible to get through on the service line, I eventually logged the service query on line- Ref 210CRK091213. I only get automated responses- it is now longer than 2 weeks! What do i do? - but I have to pay the ADSL line fee and internet hosting for non service? I wish there was a competitor in this market
