MISLEADING ADVERT AND SALES

We bought internet data, widely advertised in the Rething value deals booklet and on dispaly in Telkom direct stores nationwide. It is advertised as the "best mobile broadband in SA" at a cost of R149 for 2 GB = 1GB and it is prepaid. We specifically asked the conslutant at Walker drive branch if we would be able to use it in J/BAY for the holiday, and she assured us. We were only able to use it for 24 hours in J/BAY wehn it would not work anymore. We went to Fountains Mall branch and '"Priscilla" there told us that it does not work in J/BAY area, as they do not have a tower there. She was very unhelpfull when we asked her if she could not transfer the data into any another type of internet conection. She told us to go back to PE and ask them what they could do for us, as she did not sell it to us! I feel that this is uneceptable, because it is the same company! We were mislead by the consultant in PE, by the advert and we were failed by the consultant in J/BAY! Shocking!
