For 3 months I have not received my invoices and have called MTN to rectify the matter, without success.
I have escalated the matter to Supervisors who assured me that everything is in order, however, the following month we sit with the same problem again.
Everytime I call about the problem, it is referred to the Technical Department to be resolved, but it persists.
As stated to Thuli Ngoza and her Manager on 20 November - I refuse to pay the account until the problems are recified and I receive the invoices and statements.
