Call center not helping me in a bad services

I bought 8.ta starter pack on the 10 November 2013 since then I never enjoyed my service of 25 25 Gb services. When I call the supplier to help me with their services they said my starter pack is wrongly registered with my name. and I also what change this services because its only depending on the home network and the purpose I bought it, is to use it at home now its failing to do so. I even regard buying this data bundles and I want them to pay my money back.
