DEAR COLLEAGUES
It is with regret that I am forced to report Telkom for poor service delivery. I am restaurant owner who's Telkom line is not working SINCE this morning. I have mostly almost the whole day being call calling the business centre for assistance. IT now 5 :00 pm and no help. Today I have suffered greater financial loss of income as my business relies heavily on bookings. and takeaways The only thing I received from the call centre is apologies. TELKOM THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE .THIS IS MY BUSIEST DAY
