After my previous complaint, where I was informed that I would be refunded for 2 months, then I was informed that I was only being refunded for 1 month, then I was informed that I had NO refund owed to me. I have been, PUT ON HOLD, MY CALLS CUT OFF, BEEN MADE EMPTY PROMISES of being phoned back and this matter being resolved.
I have ALL THE PROOF that they have made the error, IN WRITING, from THEM between 19 & 22 July via e-mail!!! Yet they deny everything! Upon further enquiries, they admitted their mistake, but this matter has not been resolved!
NO refund has been received! NO ONE has contacted me to explain.
I have made in excess of 20 calls already, but NO ONE has phoned me back! They are playing cat & mouse and I'm sick & tired of it. Now I'm being robbed by a big company just because they think they can get away with it!!!
