I have a 10Mb business uncapped line (line and data) with Afrihost. I now get less than 1Mb on speed tests. I get told it isnt their fault so I must pay my 10Mb fees while they look into this and log a call with Telkom.
Before they can log a call I need to send copies of speed tests and pings and traceroutes so that they can log the call. There is no estimated response times for the call that will be logged.
I pay you for a service, but I must fix my own problems?
After almost 60mins on the phone to you (at my cost) still no closer to having my problems go away.
