Mweb bad idea from the start

Sunday night I applied for a line with mweb, I received a text later that night that my account is active. This was a surprise to me as I did not even get a phone call or anything from them and there was nothing installed how can my account be active. I called the mweb first thing in the morning and asked to cancel. since their procedures was dodgy and service did not exclude telkom. After cancelled with one person he transferred met to the next to cancel, Then this individual transferred me to and extremely rude woman who wanted me to fill in paper work to cancel the process.By this time already I knew that dealing with this company would be a big mistake. She then told me in a very ugly way it is cancelled. This morning I received notification that mweb took R440 from my account. I did not even deal with these for 12 hrs and they took money from me with note even providing a service. My car payment is going off my account tonight and if that is not paid I will hold you accountable. Since you took a portion money I have left in my account without even providing a service.

I want my money back today!
