I have been trying to cancel my contract with Nashua for the past 6 -8 weeks. I am being shunted around, being told my emails have not been received, that my documentation has not been sent, that I have not verified myself. I continue to send the emails as proof that relevant documents and details have been provided and keep on receiving back emails saying the have not received.
MAYBE IF ONE PERSON DELT WITH THE ISSUE THIS COULD BE RESOLVED!!!
I am frustrated beyond, and this just verifies why I am terminating services with Nashua Mobile. PATHETIC BEYOND BELIEF!!
