Billing corrected but still No REFUNDafter2 months

Thank you for the prompt response after I posted a report. It is quite sad that I had to resort to hello peter to get the excellent service I have received since then. Starlene is very professional and attended to my query and kept in contact with me regularly. However the problem is only sorted it out partially. I'm not sure if this is on Vodacom's side, but whenever I have reverted to them in the past, they have told me its Elite Mobile's side that needs to be sorted. I have seen that my device has been returned and I received a statement from Vodacom today that shows me that the contract has been cancelled accordingly. However there is no refund as promised for the 2 months debit orders that have already gone off. I was re assured on several occasion's there will be a refund although it will take some time to come through. However on my statement there are no credits and there have been no refunds into my bank account. Therefore I am not sure where to take this further as this is money that is rightfully owed to me and should not have been debited off my account in the first place. Kindly assure me as to when I will receive the refund even if i have to go get it from Vodacom...
