Overbilled in terms of contract and Product prise

I have been overbilled since I have upgraded to mweb's 2MB uncapped ADSL data Including ADSL line rental.
According to the contract I signed and the Product pricing on there website, I should only be paying R599 for the data and line rental. Yet mweb has been invoicing and debiting my account with R658. I have been trying since beginning January to sort this out. I have sent emails to their clients services, account and complaints department, I have phoned in numerous times. All I get is somebody will get back to me with 24 hours. Nobody has email or phone me yet and I am being completely ignored. I have done over and above of what is require from my side to get the issue fixed. From Mweb's side they have done zero, not even contacting me back. I have received no reason as to why I am being billed this amount. When I phone to follow up my reference numbers that I have received via email, I am told that I have an invalid reference number. Cancelling my account with Mweb Today, I waste enough of my time and money on getting this fixed. Not even the worst service I have ever received from government departments compare to my bad experience with Mweb in resolving this matter.
