I was approved for a term loan of R5000 but had an outstanding amount that had to be paid in order for me to receive the contract as its been approved already. I was asked to do and eft which I did and was assured that once the payment reflects on their side I'm getting the contract. Seeing as an eft from fnb to absa takes 3 working days I emailed this morning for an update and got a reply " sorry your application was unsuccessful... Credit scoring...
Something is fishy here, I was assured over and over that once I paid the R965.41 for my pyaday loan with them they will forward the contract and it was approved. I need answers as they not picking up the phones or replying to my emails.
I'm so disappointed now because I did what was asked and it was approved what happened in the meantime for it to be unsuccessful!!
