My Samsung galaxy Note 2 was booked in at MTN pavilion for repairs in excellent condition as noted by Warren on the documents.
The phone is hardly even used by me as I have a company cell as well.
Upon return, the phone had unsightly scratches on the screen.
I refused to take it back and re-booked it in for the scratches.
Now Warren tells me that MTN HVRC claims that the phone was sent to them in that condition.
I feel that MTN ruined my phone and does not want to claim responsibility!
I have been a customer of MTN for many years and this is the first time I've experienced such disappointing service!
