Faulty Line... taking too long!

Ref: 48BRK251113... We reported the faulty ADSL line (0119748646) on 25 November, after it not working a few days already. Still no luck. Apparently an area fault... I actually don't care anymore... GET IT FIXED! We are trying to run a company here, how can we with systems not working due to TELKOM.
