Pathetic Service and doesn't get back to client

I went to MTN Eastgate to open a new contract. I currently have 8 numbers on my name. No one calls you from the Store to give you feedback. You have to constantly be behind them. They never ever answer their phones. MTN Call Centre can't help you. Very very bad experience at the store
