I decided to port from CellC to vodacom I got a Sony Xperia Z1 14 days ago and untill now have had no joy of using the phone as it has a software problem we have spoken to 4 different people regarding this and they all have promised to swop the unit for a new one but no one has done anything about it they now say that they cant do it and they have to cancel the contract after I was told more then once that they have arranged for the swop to happen this is absolutely pathetic I never had any issues with CellC Vodacom is the worst network I have ever been on I want a senior person to attend to my issue and I want this resolved as I have had no joy from any of the useless call centre staff that Vodacom employ. The worst service by far!!!
