RIDICULOUS AND POOR PROTOCOL/SERVICE

Since i moved over to cell c my debit orders always went off at the right time as instructed, two months ago the debit order for 0729664858 was moved to the 28th of the month which caused me to fall into arrears.
no notification of this matter / issue was communicated to me i had to find out after i called the call centre and asked what was going on.
after various calls to the call centre i got told by the agent at the accounts department to prove that my debit order was moved to the 28th.
FIRSTLY since when does the customer (myself) have to proof themselves to you? since when do i need to make their job easier? I did not do as they requested as i feel i'm the customer not their toy.
So this morning i called the helpdesk to find out why is my phone off again and once again my account is blocked and handed over to pre-legal dept. WHEN WAS THIS GOING TO BE COMMUNICATED TO ME? WHY DID I NOT GET NOTIFIED THAT MY ACCOUNT DIDNT HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS? WHY MUST I ALWAYS CHASE YOU???

I AM WRONG ABOUT NOT HAVING CASH IN MY ACCOUNT BUT IF COMMUNICATION WAS MADE I WOULD HAVE HAD AVAILABLE FUNDS.

I AM NOT IMPRESSED AND HOPE THIS MATTER WILL GET RESOLVED ASAP.
