I phoned in today to find out what is wrong with my ADSL line, find out its a misunderstanding that happened the last time I phoned.

I am now trying to rectify the mistake, its been 25 minutes and still no assistance. I think you should change the advert on your site from switch to MWeb in 15 minute to switch in 48 hours.

I need to upgrade my account, more money for you.
