I'd like to extend my gratitude to Najam Moosa for the prompt and outstanding service that she gave me on 12 June 12013 at 1630 to sort out my billing complaint I had with her company. She explained to me how their billing department works and and got to the bottom of my complaint without wasting my time. I feel that Altech should invest in employees like her who know what they are talking about when it comes to product knowledge, had I had the first consultant that I dealt with handle my query like she did, I would not have been as frustrated as I was and it would have eliminated a lot of confusion from my side. She went an extra mile and even gave me her email address for future queries I might have. I hope to never experience bad service from altech again.
