Poor poor service and lack of communication

Hi,

I phoned in to have a line reinstated after my debit order had not processed due to a canceling of a card due to.

Call 1:advised to go to bank and make a deposit which was for this morning.

Call 2: advised that payment not received and even if it was as I have two accounts both had to e paid in full to open even the account which was paid. Te reason both not paid was due to not knowing the amount of the second to be paid and with lack of Internet (which is what I am trying to get) it made it hard to find out!
Call 3: payment found and told line reinstated even though only one paid.

Tried to log onto Internet, no luck

Call 4: line reinstated (again) and then not able to connect as the software on the flash disk was now outdated? Not sure I remember being told to update this? I was told to take it to a cell c tomorrow and they will do so.

I run a large part of my business off the Internet and now I am stuck without Internet for another day. I am considering my options of other service providers. I get the impression that call center advisors are more interested in the rating at the end of the call than actually assisting with this issue at hand.

Disappointing.
