Unauthorized deduction

About September /October i received private calls who where dropped when i answer. I asked cell c if they could help stop those calls, the answer was negative. Yesterday i notice airtime deduction from my account and cell -c gave me smartcall's number. How can these deductions happened without my approvel or receipts/notification? I need a breakdown statement because this is.
