This is the 4th time in 5 weeks that the power has gone off before 4am in morning, and upon returning to home after 5pm the power is still off. When you phone the hotline, they say its cable and they have no idea when power is coming on, if its coming on, and all they can say its being worked on. THIS HAS HAPPENED 4 TIMES IN 5 WEEKS, SO IT WILL CONTINUE HAPPENING UNLESS PLAN IS MADE SUCH AS SECURITY, ETC ETC. I am beginning to believe with regular occurence that this is in fact loadshedding and cable is being used as an excuse. I have 2 small kids and need the electricty as cannot bath them or feed them!!! Get act together please
