Today Alister Buys showed that he was the most useless and incompetent manager of the technical store which is a francise of Andre Maartens. Mr. Maartens whilst you are away on holiday the mice are playing. I found Mr. Buys so arrogant and unhelpful that I am amazed that you have made him a manager of the store. He argued with me for 2 hours - his technical assistent Geraldine Edward told me she did not have a line out - later Buys made a call from it - he said he had no way of contacting Nokia even though he sells their phones - Basically if I was Nokia I would remove my stock from the store. I eventually called Mr. Ewert Harding at the other store and he very kindly came over with 2 nokia assistants. Not one of the 5 people whom I was talking to had the technical knowledge to help me. They told me to drive to Sandown to get my phone software renewed to enable me to get onto the net. I then went down to Cell C ported my phone and was helped by a member of staff to remove the settings on my phone which were preventing me from getting onto the net. TEN MINUTES WAS ALL IT TOOK!!! VODACOM DESERVE EVERY ONE OF THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS AMOUNTING TO 142 THAT ARE ON THIS SITE.
