Shocking service!!!

My husband wanted to upgrade to iPhone 5S and was told by a number of Vodashop employees that it was impossible to change his contract to a Smart S deal and add R20 to be able to top up. One incompetent lady at the Vodacom repair shop in Alberton told him that he could pay in to enable the upgrade but once he agreed said she had made a mistake and it wasn't possible. She constantly checked and rechecked everything and changing her story. I understand that the specials are ever changing, but the incompetence and attitude (insinuating we are instead of admitting fault) is unacceptable! After all this, he was told he had to get a different simcard and after waiting 9 hrs in which nothing happened we rang 111 to be told it was never processed! We finally found someone in Eastgate that said it was possible after all!! In the same week my Blackberry broke and had to be sent in. It came back in worse condition, so had to be sent back again! In the interim I had to use my husband's iPhone 4 which meant another new sim needed! I went to the Vodashop in Alberton City and after a day rang 111 and was told someone cancelled the sim swop 32 minutes after I left the shop!? no more space
