I REGRET THAT I HAVE BUT ONE CONTRACT TO CANCEL

This is no doubt a waste of time, seeing that MTN stopped servicing HelloPeter last week, ignore mails, website queries and calls but if one prospective client reads this, then maybe it will be worthwhile. I have had a 2yr contract with MTN that expired a couple of months ago. The contract then converted to a month-to-month agreement at an increased rate. Since September, MTN has failed to provide invoices despite several requests via calls, e-mails and their website to do so. So if you are considering an MTN account and ever need their customer services, be prepared to have correspondence repeatedly ignored, hang on for customer services for 40 to 60 minutes (if the call is not cut), receive attitude when you try to address that the length of holding time is unacceptable but ultimately everything you attempted to achieve is ignored as soon as you put the phone down. I've cancelled the account (Ref. 1066570072) and am now trying to get confirmation that they will cease debiting me after 05/01/2014, barring the final invoice. I won't hold my breath but I will get the outstanding invoices otherwise will try SARS. Cell no. indicated is for contact purposes, not related to the account.
