With reference to my previous complaint about being billed 5 times for upgrade charges (I only have 2 PHONES) that I was told would I would not be charged at all. I received an SMS 2 days ago saying I have been credited for 2 charges (NOT REFUNDED AS REQUESTED). In fact I was told this 2 weeks ago by customer care.
WHAT ABOUT THE REMAINING 3 CHARGES, MTN??? WHERE IS MY REFUND INTO MY BANK???
