I reported a faulty Telkom line - the Escalation Centre of Telkom reported back - Ref ARS 237720 on the19th November 2013, they will investigate and report back. Today the 4th December 2013 - still without a Telkom line. Is it possible in South Africa? Oh yes - welcome to South Africa!
