Pathetic Service

A few weeks ago Nashua Mobile deducted money from my bank account via debit order for my outstanding phonebill. 6 weeks after, my phone service was still off and blocked because they couldn't locate where the money went. After struggling and nagging my phone was service was finally on again. Since I got such bad customer service from them, I enquired on what the procedure will be if I decide to cancel my contract with them and if it would be possible to keep my number and have it on pre-paid and more questions. About 3 days after enquire my sim was inactive and when I phoned them to ask what's happening they said Mr Dyssel, you requested it! Its been almost a week that my service is still off and I'm not getting any feedback from them. Whenever I send emails to a Diederik Claase and Rodney Errens they reply with will investigate and revert back soon! Is Nashua Mobile only employing email co-ordinators or what? Seems like Nashua Mobile is excellent with keeping their clients unhappy!!
