I phoned the cancellations department as advised one month early so as to avoid additional unneccessary debit orders. I did so and spoke to Moses. He cross questioned me as to why Im not upgrading and he was thoroughly informed about and incident earlier this year where I was without my blackberry for 6months due to bad service but being the smooth talker that he is he then sold me a Samsung Tablet2 and promised delivery within 2days. It came to my workplace in one days time. Before arrival though I did some research seeing I was a bit rash in my decision and lo and behold the samsung tab he was palming off on me is a discontued product and I was quoted double the price than the Samsund tab3 currently in the catalogue. I have phoned in several times now and Moses' supervisor is also aware of the issue but no one has bothered to assist me. I called Moses back same time to say I want the Samsung tab3 but conveniently for him it is all of a sudden not possible. When it comes to ripping unsuspecting customers off is it is very easy... Now I have been charged another months billing even though I did not sign for the tablet and it was returned. So now Im disconnected and with no Tablet either!!!
