CNA Carnival n Samsung, Poor Service, Bad Product

On the 24th December I purchased a promotional Samsung Bundle consisting of a Samsung Tablet and Samsung Camera. Price R3499.90 from CNA Eastgate. On the 27th December having issues with the Tablet freezing and Overheating I handed the entire product package back to CNA at Carnival Mall. I meet with the manager Martha, who explained to me that it must go back to Vodacom and I questioned why and it was a Samsung Product and she insisted that it would go back to Vodacom who was their supplier. I implored and begged to keep me updated and informed. The product was still within the 7 day exchange period. I patiently waited and I had no response from CNA Carnival Mall and then went to back to CNA Carnival and again spoke to the manager. At this stage her staff member advised that the product was sent back to Samsung and not Vodacom as previously indicated. After no response, I went back to the store and I had a long discussion with her advising her that she must take control of this and I am placing the responsibility in her hands to communicate with me and have this resolved ASAP. All the while speaking to her she seemed disinterested and indifferent. No response yet. I want a refund.
