Quarry Master is a company and we have been having problems with our telephone lines thus the reason why we contacted telkom mobile to assist, approximately 7 days ago I applied telephonically for the smart access option for telkom mobile, I was told the application was pending and would receive an sms or email to confirm the application, after phoning yet again I was promised another email and confirmation that the order was being processed, yet nothing, I was contacted saying there would be a deposit required for the option and package I chose and would receive an email, still nothing, if this is how Telkom Mobile does business, how would they assist with my telehonic requirements and still not give me feedback
