After all my lines have been CANCELLED by ACCIDENT, and it took 8TA almost a month to restore all my lines - i am still having problems!
Yesterday an unauthorised debit order went off on the 15th of the month i.s.o. the 1st... obviously i don't have enough money in my bank account - also taking in consideration that the last account i received from 8ta stated that my account was R1400 in CREDIT!! the debit order that went off was for R2600 and i have not received an account detailing this amount!
what a pleasure to have such a good service provider that you always have to phone them with complaints!
guess now i will be suspended once again - and not to any of my own doing! AGAIN!!
are the billing department actually get paid to do this?
