Twice in a row incorrectly billed

Second month in a row where we have been billed for the same CANCELLED Service. And then get through to someone in the accounts department who can do nothing for me for no reason except maybe poor training.

Disgusting!!! Win ISP of the year but FAIL to train your staff and especially the ACCOUNTS people???
