No service for 3 days, No help from call cente

On the 24th of November I did a upgrade on my contract, requiring a new sim and a sim swop. This was sorted in 2 days and I was enjoying the use of my new phone.

On the 1st of December all signal was lost, 9 calls and 3 days later there is still no resolution.

The call center is more than less than unhelpful and there is still no service on my phone due to a mistake on Vodacom's side apparently related to "Syncing sim cards with new packages".

This is completely rubbish and unacceptable, my work is now being impacted by a flaw on Vodacom's side.
