I phoned Vodacom again!!! My account usually was between R700 - R1000pm! And now I had to pay R2090 this month and to make matters worse, I had to stop my sim card after which I stopped using the sim card after I heard about the, and now the account is on R7500 only on the one simcard. I am not receiving any feedback whatsoever and I can not afford this account!!! who can? I am openning a case at the police station today and stopping my debit orders, if this is the case I am going to see a lawyer today and also I am going to launch complaint at the consumer complaints commission. This is unacceptable. This is vodacom who lost my personal info and now I have to pay for it. I have been a customer for almost 8 years and now this is what I have to deal with. They told me that there is a handset that the person upgraded to of R6000 per month how is this possible??? it is impossible what handset can cost this much per month???
