I have just noticed that MTN has taken money from my account (R1365.72) via Direct Debit, although I don't even have a contract with MTN. This is obviously a transaction, but what worries me is how someone can use this account without producing a Water & Lights account and a valid ID. This indicates to me that someone at MTN is in cahoots with those people doing the transaction. I need this matter to be escalated and the money repaid to me immediately.
