My phone has been booked 5 times for repair between Jan 2013 and Nov 2013, the phone is not yet fixed and with the branch I presume, please note that every time the phone went out we paid money to get it repaired and it just comes back with the same problem, we have not had Use off the phone for the whole year. The Branch cant help us anymore as they just send it out time and time again.
