POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi there, I am logging this complaint on behalf of my wife whom has opened a new contract with you guys on my referral. She filled out the contact on 19.11.2013 and also wanted to do a port, up to this day she has no idea what is the outcome of her contract, she has received sms's stating that the contract was successful as well as an sms stating that the port was being done but to no avail.
I tried contacting Mtn Tygervalley on numerous occasions and I either can't get through or I am told that Adam is extremely busy and will revert back to us. These are the numbers that I have been using to contact the store 083 8691679/083 2006034/083 2091211 all of which are hopeless. At the moment my wife's current phone doesn't work because of the port that has happened and it is a major inconvenience.
I would like a response as to what happened to my wife's phone that she took out, do you still have it? did you sell it to someone else? or must she just come in and cancel her contract?
