I took a laptop deal 2 years back and it expired in september 2013, i went to nashua mobile offices in midrand personally to make sure that my account was paid up in full and to put in the notice of cancellation. they gave me a letter and said no further debit orders will be taken from my account. I took my time to personally go there because i have heard of horror stories of how they continue debiting your account even after the contract has expired.
Any way now they are still taking out money from my account, infact they are money from my account!
I want all my monies back and i wish to have nothing to do with this company in the future. The money i have is budgeted for other debit orders now other debit orders had to bounce because of their nuisance! I am thoroghly annoyed by this!!
