My battery of my Samsung Galaxy S4 is not charging. I went to the branch in Centurion on Thursday, 29th November 2013. They told me that my battery is swollen and must be replaced. Also they said that they're aware of the problem. So I wanted to know why they cannot replace the battery then, they told me I must leave my phone and will have to wait 30days, which is absurd! They said I must go to the head office in Midrand if I want it back immediately. No effort was attempt to help me, which I say is BAD service. If Nashua is aware of the problem, why don't they keep extra batteries at the branches.
