I have a credit acount for about 90 days for the amount of R2550.00. This was taken wrongly by Nashua mobile from my account. I have asked them to deduct my monthly premiums from this credit. They dont do that! I have stopped the payment for December. Would like to see if they are going to cut off my phone!! I want my money back and will then continue to pay monthly debit orders. I never had this problems while i was with Vodacom. Dont know why i changed service providers. Stupid of me.
