It's always so "convenient" how quick I get through to the billing department, but when I need to get to the technical department... I have been through only once after waiting 6 minutes all the other times I hung up... Are there only two technicians serving the entire country or what?!
Paying R800 a month... and not even beginning to mention the atrocious speed I'm receiving on my 4MB line not even a Meg dl. rate...
