Please explain why I should remain your customer!

In the past week I have transferred two domains, taken once hosing bundle and two ADSL bundles.

These are my issues:

[URL Removed] has to be pointed to the following name servers [URL Removed] (IP address 216.139.213.90) and [URL Removed] (IP address 94.75.229.100). Apparently this was done yesterday after a very frustrating phone call. It is over 24 hours later and my site is still not up. This is my primary source of income and every hour that it is down costs me money!
I will have no choice but to go back to my former ISP if it not up by 6am tomorrow morning who will have it active in within 10 minutes.

[URL Removed] cannot be transferred until your next billing run - the 6th of next month - another source of income handicapped by what? I cannot get a reasonable explanation for this!

My ADSL bundle for an additional account - I have not been able to access the internet since I transferred to Afrihost. The Telkom line is waiting- and waiting and waiting. And every minute I have to wait I cannot work!!

Please explain why I should remain your customer!
