Issue 1:my contract changed from an MTN ANYTIME 100 to an MTN ANYTIME 200 of which MTN has been receiving payments promptly every month. Up until this day for the past 5 months my contract has not been fixed all i get is promises thaty it will be escalated but no one helps you on the spot and i have to call in every single month to log the same query
issue 2: 1.6gb of data that i purchased miraculously dissapeared hours which MTN can still not explain and once again advised me that they will look into it.. its 3 days now and still no feedback
issue 3: i cannot make outgoing calls for the past 2 days i went to an MTN store received no positive help, logged 3 call complaints and still not help... i get the same excuse that it will be escalated but no one gets back to you.
in south africa we have many companies offering bad service but i can guarantee you that none is worse then MTN... This has to be the most putrid service i have ever received my entire life and for a brand i used to hold in such high regard... I am still waiting for a response. i honestly am gonna join another network the moment my contracts are finished
