I spoke to your help line but they could not answer my question. I have a standard contract with you (not top up). But I can top up from FNB online banking from both my Ebucks account and Smart account. But when I try to top up from FNB's *130*321# phone program I get blocked. FNB say its you that's doing this blocking, is that right and if so why. Its money for you and I'm not blocked from toping up through online banking???
