I had a report I filled here a month or two ago.
Because the SP refused to fix my phone, now they go ahead to increase my monthly charge on a phone that you refused to fix. All this without notice/ call to say Mr Customer we have to increase the cost of your contract before 24 months is over.
I am again disappointed by all this dodgy activity there by the "Bright Yellow Brand", WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME.
Anyone who stumbles on this and is not an MTN customer, "Stay where you are". These folks dont even stick to the contracts.
This is the last straw.
