1. Yesterday I contacted Mira networks after contacting my service provider to find out why my cell phone balance was going down so quickly! I demand a refund for the R290 or so they illegally authorised to be removed from my cell-phone account for "CloudyAlerts" charged at R10 per day!
I spoke to Kegan, and he appeared to be helpful, but referred me to WASPA, the regulatory body! He also said that my complaint would seen to. He did not give me a reference number!
2. Today I called the number and when the number is answered (by a machine) I am invited to press "1" to cancel a service, and "2" to speak to an operator! As soon as I press "2" I am disconnected and the dial tone changes to engaged! What type of service is this when one is calling to a premium number and cut off! Just another?

I have lodged a complaint about the unauthorised billing on the WASPA website, with reference number #22717, highlighting breaches of the code of conduct sections: 6.2.11; 6.2.14; 11.2.1 and 11.2.2!

I did un-subscribe Yesterday ref: 2395219

Being on "MTN", I have now prevented further of this type by dialling *141*5# and then "2" Content Billing and then Block!
