THE SYSTEM GIGA SET WAS DELIVER TO OUR COMPANY ON THE 03 AUGUST 2013.THE PEOPLE FROM NXATEL PROMISE THAT THEY WOULD INSTALL THE SYSTEM WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE AND THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE A SAVING SO THE OWNER OF MY COMPANY SEND A LETTER ON THE VERY SAME DAY TO CANCEL.NXATEL WOULD NOT EXCEPT THE CANCELLATION AND AFTER 9 MONTHS THAT WE RETURN THE DEBIT ORDERS THEY THREATEN TO BLACKLIST OUR COMPANY.WE WENT AND VISIT THEIR OFFICES IN MAY 2013 AND WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT THAT THEY WOULD SPREAD THE MONEY OWING OVER THE 36 MONTHS PERIOD. SINCE THEN THEY HAVE BEEN DEBITING OUR ACCOUNT WITH DOUBLE THAT WE HAVE TO PAY.I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING THEM EVER SINCE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT THEY DO NOT RETURN MY CALLS AND MY EMAILS. I ASK FOR THE MANAGER TO CONTACT ME WHICH HE DID BUT I WAS NOT IN THE OFFICE WHEN HE CONTACT ME AND HE ASK ONE OF MY COLLEGES WHAT IS SO URGENT THAT HE HAD TO CONTACT US AND SHE TOLD HIM THAT WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THAT HE HAD TO CONTACT ME ON MY CELL WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN.I CONTACT THE OFFICE AGAIN YESTERDAY AND SINCE THEN I AM STILL WAITING.
